The Kalos Academy was born out of the desire to give students the opportunity to learn in an environment that they could flourish in. At Kalos Academy, we understand that the typical classroom setting is not a good fit for all children. With that knowledge, we are striving to create a fluid space and schedule that will allow these exceptional children to reach their highest potential. It is our desire to give young learners the tools that they need to become all that they are created to be.
Why do we exist?
We exist to help those who need a specialized education plan that fits their specific needs. We saw a need in our area that desperately needed to be filled and we wanted to be the ones to fill it. Knowing that these children are able to get personalized attention to help them to have their best chance of success as they grow and learn is a passion that runs deep in every one of us.
We believe that every child should have the opportunity to learn in an environment that suites their needs. Each child is different which means that they often learn differently as well. At The Kalos Academy, we believe that we can be a guide to help children with differences to navigate school success so that they can grow and reach their full potential.

Our Methods
The Kalos Academy, Inc will incorporate empirically based methods of teaching into a therapeutic learning environment. Many of the methods used in the classroom will be based upon the science of applied behavior analysis as well as acceptance and commitment therapy. The teaching methods will be based solely upon how your child learns the best! We will be the ones changing to fit the needs of the child!
